Job Summary
The Trainee – F&B Service will undergo structured training in restaurant and banquet operations while assisting the service team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates pursuing a career in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up restaurant, buffet, and banquet service areas.
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Learn and support food and beverage service operations.
- Assist in taking guest orders and serving food and beverages.
- Ensure tables are properly arranged and maintained.
- Clear and reset tables after service.
- Follow hotel standards for service, hygiene, and grooming.
- Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams for smooth operations.
- Learn menu knowledge, service procedures, and guest interaction techniques.
- Assist in banquet events, conferences, and outdoor catering functions as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas and equipment.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors as part of the training program.
Qualifications
- Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Hotel Management/Hospitality preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage Service is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
