We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to provide prompt and professional assistance to customers.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain a positive attitude while resolving customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues related to products, services, orders, or accounts.
- Provide accurate information and guide customers through solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet response time, resolution time, and quality standards.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
