- Proficient in Customer Support and Customer Service practices
- Skilled in addressing Customer Satisfaction and effectively resolving customer issues
- Experience in providing Online Support for e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
- Strong Technical Support abilities, including troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Knowledge of e-commerce practices and tools is a plus
- Prior experience in supporting Shopify is advantageous but not mandatory
- Assisting in the documentation and creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for e-commerce support workflows.
Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
