We are a performance-first creative strategy team working with fast-growing D2C brands across beauty, lifestyle, and fashion.
We don’t create content just to look good — we build creatives that improve CTR, increase conversions, and drive revenue.
Role Overview
This role focuses on performance ad thinking across formats like statics, carousels, memes, and short-form videos. You will work on creative strategy and ad ideation — not video production or social media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Research high-performing ads and competitor creatives
- Identify storytelling patterns and hooks
- Generate ad concepts and messaging angles
- Assist in building structured creative testing batches
- Understand how creatives impact CTR and conversions
- Copywriting & creative content development
- Campaign planning, execution & performance analysis
- Brand representation & communication consistency
- Creative ideation, storytelling & audience engagement.
Requirements
- Strong interest in ads and brand creatives
- Good visual understanding (premium vs viral vs mass)
- Ability to identify patterns in ads
- Basic knowledge of Meta/Instagram ads
- Clear thinking and structured idea presentation
