POSITION OVERVIEW
Rivera Coil Manufacturing India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced, result-oriented, and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, expand market presence, and achieve organizational sales objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for developing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, coordinating marketing initiatives, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
The role requires strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, market analysis expertise, and experience in B2B industrial sales within the manufacturing sector.
Experience
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Qualification
- MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Administration) – Preferred
- BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)
- CA Inter
- Any other relevant Bachelor's Degree with proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
Eligibility & Requirements

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, industrial products, electrical equipment, or engineering sectors will be preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are required.
Experience in B2B sales, business development, customer acquisition, lead generation, quotation management, and key account handling is preferred.
Strong analytical, presentation, and market development capabilities are essential.
Excellent Email Communication Skills are mandatory.
Strong Oral Communication Skills in English (Mandatory).
Proficiency in Hindi (Preferred).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales Management
❖ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue targets.
❖ Identify potential customers, industries, and market segments for business expansion.
❖ Generate new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers.
❖ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
❖ Prepare sales forecasts and business plans.
❖ Monitor sales performance and implement corrective measures as required.
Business Development
❖ Identify emerging market opportunities and develop growth strategies.
❖ Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
❖ Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
❖ Explore domestic and export market opportunities.
❖ Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
❖ Support strategic initiatives to increase market penetration.
Customer Relationship Management
❖ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
❖ Act as the primary point of contact for key customers.
❖ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.
❖ Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups.
❖ Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
❖ Improve customer retention and loyalty through relationship-building initiatives.
Sales Coordination
❖ Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, pricing, and commercial discussions.
❖ Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals.
❖ Monitor enquiry-to-order conversion activities.
❖ Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Logistics, and Finance teams for order execution.
❖ Ensure timely delivery commitments are fulfilled.
❖ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Marketing Activities
❖ Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
❖ Support branding, promotional activities, and corporate communications.
❖ Coordinate digital marketing, social media, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
❖ Enhance company visibility in target markets.
❖ Support website updates, product promotions, and marketing campaigns.
❖ Identify opportunities to strengthen brand positioning.
Reporting & MIS
❖ Prepare sales reports, market analysis reports, and business performance dashboards.
❖ Track sales pipeline, enquiries, quotations, and conversion ratios.
❖ Maintain CRM databases and customer information records.
❖ Present sales performance updates to management.
❖ Monitor KPIs and recommend improvement initiatives.
Interdepartmental Coordination
❖ Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Stores, Logistics, Finance, and Management teams.
❖ Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal stakeholders.
❖ Support management in achieving strategic business objectives.
❖ Facilitate effective collaboration across departments.
