Brief: As Influencer Marketing Manager, you will own and scale Scrubsy’s entire creator/influencer ecosystem – from nano influencers doing honest home cleaning demos to macro lifestyle creators bringing the brand into aspirational spaces. You will directly report to the CMO, and own influencer marketing strategy, creator/influencer relationships, campaign execution and performance measurement. You will build the influencer programme, define what types of creators and content formats works best for Scrubsy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define Scrubsy’s influencer marketing strategy across platforms
- Design and launch the Brand Ambassador Program – recruit, onboard, and manage a network of loyal customers and micro-influencers
- Build a tiered creator programme – from nano influencers to macro influencers
- Identify right creators/influencers for Scrubsy
- End-to-end management of all influencer campaigns; from strategy to execution
- Build strong and long-term relationship with creators/influencers
- Collaborate with different stakeholders
- Maintain influencer database
- Maintain influencer performance report
- Track competitor influencer activity and be updated on current trends
What We Are Looking For
Mandatory Requirement
- 2 to 5 years of experience in influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, creator-led content, social media trends
- Experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Understanding of campaign metrics and influencer performance analysis
Additional Requirement
- Prior experience in D2C, consumer brands, e-commerce or startup
- Existing creator/influencer network is an added advantage
