Infrastructure Engineer – Cybersecurity / AI
Location: India | Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
Opportunity for an AI cybersecurity company building autonomous security agents. We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to own the Kubernetes platform, cloud infrastructure, networking, isolation, and deployment systems that allow these agents to run safely in customer environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and operate Kubernetes clusters, including networking, RBAC, admission control, scaling, and upgrades.
- Build secure workload isolation and sandboxing across pod, node, and network layers.
- Manage AWS infrastructure including VPC, IAM, EKS/ECS, load balancing, and data stores.
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code and deployment pipelines using Terraform, GitOps, or similar.
- Own observability, reliability, capacity, and production operations.
- Design secure identity and secrets management for autonomous agents.
Must-Have Requirements
Please apply only if you have strong hands-on experience with:
- Kubernetes — operating clusters, not just deploying applications.
- AWS cloud infrastructure and VPC/networking.
- Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Networking — routing, proxies, TLS, and network isolation.
- Linux and containers — namespaces, cgroups, and container runtimes.
- Python or Go for automation and infrastructure tooling.
- Strong understanding of security, least privilege, isolation, and blast radius.
- Ability to independently own and solve complex infrastructure problems.
Good to Have
Experience with GitOps, Helm, Argo CD/Flux, gVisor/Kata/Firecracker, eBPF, service mesh, multi-tenant Kubernetes, or customer-managed/regulated environments is an advantage.

Application Question(s):
- How many years of hands-on experience do you have operating Kubernetes clusters in production? Please briefly describe your experience with networking, RBAC, scaling, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- What is your hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK, Pulumi, etc.)? Please mention the AWS services and IaC tools you have worked with.
- Describe your experience with infrastructure security and workload isolation. Have you worked with network policies, container isolation, IAM/least privilege, secrets management, or multi-tenant Kubernetes environments?
