Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience in the Water Treatment Industry. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, monitoring project progress, liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and ensuring timely execution of water and wastewater treatment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project execution from order receipt to project completion.
- Prepare project schedules and track project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, production, site, and commissioning teams.
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and cost monitoring.
- Coordinate with clients regarding project requirements, schedules, and status updates.
- Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Support installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Identify project risks and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Attend project review meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Ensure all project records are maintained accurately and updated regularly.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of water treatment and wastewater treatment systems.
- Understanding of project coordination, execution, and documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination/execution within the Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, RO Plant, STP, ETP, or related industries.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in coordinating EPC projects for water treatment plants.
- Familiarity with procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
