We are looking for a passionate and industry-experienced UI/UX Trainer to deliver practical, job-oriented training to students. The trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive sessions, mentoring learners, and helping them build strong portfolios aligned with current industry standards and AI-powered design tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured UI/UX training sessions (beginner to advanced levels)
- Teach core concepts:
- UI/UX fundamentals & design thinking
- Wireframing, prototyping & usability testing
- Visual design principles (color, typography, layout)
- Train students on tools:
- Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD (optional)
- AI tools like ChatGPT, Uizard, Relume, etc.
- Guide students in:
- Real-world projects & case studies
- Portfolio creation (Behance / personal website)
- Conduct:
- Assignments, assessments & feedback sessions
- Mock interviews & career grooming sessions
- Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends & AI tools
- Collaborate with academic & placement team for student success
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and design thinking
- Hands-on experience with Figma (mandatory)
- Experience in UX research, wireframing & prototyping
- Understanding of responsive design (web & mobile)
- Familiarity with AI design tools (preferred)
- Strong communication & presentation skills
Eligibility:
- Minimum 2+ years of industry experience in UI/UX design
- Prior teaching/training experience preferred
- Portfolio showcasing real projects (mandatory)
Preferred Qualities:
- Passion for teaching & mentoring
- Industry exposure to real client projects
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners
- Up-to-date with design trends & tools
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
