Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced faculty member to join our Bachelor of Travel and Tourism Management (BFTTM) program.
As a faculty member, you will play a crucial role in providing academic instruction, practical training, and mentoring to students interested in pursuing careers in travel and tourism. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering lectures, designing course materials, and supporting students in their academic and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative lectures on tourism-related subjects, including tourism management, hospitality, tour operations, and travel marketing.
- Develop, update, and implement course content and teaching materials in alignment with the BTS program curriculum and industry standards.
- Provide practical training and case studies to help students understand real-world tourism challenges and solutions.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, exams, and presentations.
- Foster a collaborative and interactive learning environment to encourage student participation and engagement.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to students, helping them achieve academic success and explore career opportunities in tourism.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the tourism industry to incorporate into the curriculum.
- Participate in extracurricular activities, including workshops, seminars, and industry visits to enhance students' learning experiences.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration with a focus on Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a tourism-related subject, preferably in higher education.
- In-depth knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Experience in delivering both theoretical and practical lessons in tourism studies.
- Familiarity with modern educational tools, teaching technologies, and online learning platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide students effectively, promoting both academic and career development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector (e.g., travel agencies, tour operators, hospitality services, etc.).
- Experience in curriculum development and course design.
- Background in tourism entrepreneurship or related ventures is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
