Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and result-oriented IELTS & PTE Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing students and professionals for their IELTS (Academic & General) and PTE Academic examinations. You will conduct interactive lectures, evaluate practice tests, provide detailed personalized feedback, and mentor candidates to achieve their target band scores.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum & Lesson Delivery: Deliver high-impact lectures covering all four modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking) for both IELTS and PTE exams.
- Test Preparation & Strategy: Teach proven techniques, strategies, time-management skills, and shortcuts tailored to each test format.
- Evaluation & Feedback: Assess student essays, speaking mock tests, and practice exams. Provide constructive, individualized feedback to address skill gaps.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor student progress through regular assessments and maintain records to ensure candidates meet target band scores.
- Resource Management: Develop and update practice materials, mock tests, worksheets, and study guides aligned with current test patterns.
- Batch Management: Conduct both group sessions and one-on-one coaching for students needing extra guidance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Linguistics, Mass Communication, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Test Scores: High self-score in IELTS (Overall 8.0+ Band preferred) or PTE (80+ Score preferred), or official certification from IDP, British Council, or Pearson.
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of teaching/training experience in IELTS and PTE.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional command of spoken and written English, with native or near-native fluency.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with PTE software/AI scoring systems, computer-based testing, and online teaching tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Classroom).
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, patience, active listening, and class management abilities.

Pay: ₹10,608.71 - ₹35,004.86 per month
