Job Summary
P2 Power Solution is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Trainee Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who are eager to build a strong foundation in power systems, electrical engineering, and energy solutions. The trainee will receive structured training and hands-on exposure to real-time projects under the guidance of experienced engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of power and electrical systems
- Support execution of projects related to power distribution, control panels, UPS, solar, or energy solutions
- Participate in site activities, inspections, and system troubleshooting
- Prepare technical documentation, drawings, reports, and project records
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality guidelines, and company procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients as required
- Learn and apply industry standards, electrical codes, and best practices
- Actively participate in training programs and performance reviews
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Power / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and safety practices
- Willingness to learn, travel to project sites if required, and work in a team environment
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of AutoCAD or electrical design tools is an advantage
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Internship or academic project experience in power, electrical, or energy sector
- Knowledge of solar power systems, UPS, panels, transformers, or automation
- Familiarity with testing instruments and electrical drawings

Pay: ₹10,190.59 - ₹18,883.31 per month
