Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day execution of residential interior projects. The role involves managing site activities, coordinating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship, monitoring project schedules, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site activities for residential interior fit-out projects.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with designers, project coordinators, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Plan and monitor site progress to achieve timely project completion.
- Inspect workmanship and ensure high standards of quality across carpentry, modular furniture installation, false ceiling, painting, electrical, plumbing, tiling, wallpaper, and other interior works.
- Verify site measurements before production and installation.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues and escalate critical concerns to the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean and organized worksite.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
