We are hiring an experienced HR professional for a leading Automatic Parking Facility Solutions company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Labour law compliance and statutory adherence
- Industrial Relations (IR) and employee grievance handling
- Liaison with government authorities and inspectors
- Contract labour management and compliance audits
- HR operations, policy implementation, and employee relations
- Support recruitment and workforce planning as required
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in HR, Compliance, and IR
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliances, and factory regulations
- Experience in manufacturing/plant environment preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
