A Retail Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store-floor operations, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising sales associates, maintaining merchandise displays, and helping achieve sales targets. They act as a link between store management and floor staff, ensuring smooth operations and a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support sales associates during daily operations.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and help achieve store sales goals.
- Assign tasks and manage staff schedules and floor coverage.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members.
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure shelves and displays are properly stocked and organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Handle cash management procedures and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and loss-prevention procedures.
- Prepare operational and sales reports for store management.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
