We are seeking a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring and build a strong talent pipeline. The role involves sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent aligned with business requirements.
Job Responsibility
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle and ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple hiring requirements, building strong stakeholder relationships, and implementing best recruitment practices to meet organizational goals.
- Oversee and manage the full recruitment cycle, from manpower planning to onboarding.
- Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and maintain quality standards.
- Develop recruitment strategies and sourcing plans based on business requirements and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with department heads and leadership to understand hiring needs and provide timely updates.
- Sourcing Channels Optimization, and other sourcing platforms.
- Monitor screening, interviews, and selection processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Handle complex salary negotiations and ensure smooth offer rollout and candidate closures.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, and share regular reports with management.
- Strengthen the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and improve candidate experience.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 – 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 – 2 years in a team handling or managerial role
- Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, and major job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn
Pay: ₹33,037.68 - ₹36,644.55 per month
