We are hiring an experienced F&B Manager for our Restaurant in the Park
Qualification : Hotel Management Degree/Diploma preferred
Experience : 15+ years preferably banquet experience in restaurant / resort / theme park F&B operations
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day F&B operations inside the park restaurant
- Ensure smooth service during peak park hours
- Monitor food quality, hygiene & safety standards
- Lead, train & supervise service and kitchen teams
- Supervise billing, cash management & daily sales reporting
- Coordinate with park management for events & crowd control
- Plan menu updates, offers & seasonal promotions
- Maintain stock levels & reduce wastage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
