Job Overview
We are looking for a strategic Social Media Growth Specialist who can drive brand positioning, audience expansion, and lead generation through deep understanding of platforms, user behavior, and digital ecosystems. This role is focused entirely on strategy, growth, and impact—not execution tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-level social media growth strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify audience segments, behavior patterns, and growth opportunities
- Design scalable growth frameworks and content direction to maximize reach and engagement
- Analyze performance data and continuously refine strategies for better outcomes
- Define and strengthen brand positioning across social platforms
- Research market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the digital space
- Build collaboration and partnership strategies to expand reach and authority
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media strategy and growth
- Strong understanding of algorithms, audience psychology, and digital ecosystems
- Ability to think analytically and strategically with a focus on measurable growth
- Experience in scaling brands or building digital presence
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in personal branding or consulting niche
