Packlogue Holidays is looking for a smart, organized, and enthusiastic Office Admin to support day-to-day office operations and customer coordination. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle daily office administration activities
* Attend phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and customer inquiries
* Manage travel bookings, client records, invoices, and documents
* Coordinate with customers, vendors, hotels, and transport partners
* Prepare quotations, tour itineraries, and follow-up communications
* Maintain office files, reports, and databases
* Support social media inquiries and online leads
* Assist management in operational and scheduling tasks
Requirements
* Any Degree (Travel & Tourism preferred)
* Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
* Good communication in Malayalam and English
* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
* Social media handling knowledge is an added advantage
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach
