To increase sales and growth of Business for BUAII on PAN India basis

To achieve sales targets of Business Lines OMS, ANW, POP & INA for the assigned region
- Work with all key stakeholders to improve the working capital management (DSO & DSI) of BUAII in India.
- Implement business plan and sales strategy for the market to achieve quarterly and annual goals in terms of volume, revenue and profitability

Forecasting (in IBP tool), Market Intelligence and Reports on a monthly/ need basis
- Keep safety awareness and behavior within BUAII on sustainable level, along with compliance to all Regulatory and Trade/ Export Control Procedures.

Specific Education Chemistry - Graduate/ Engineer with MBA (sales/ marketing)
