Job Responsibilities
- Operate press machines safely and correctly.
- Help in assembling and disassembling press tools.
- Set up tools before starting production.
- Complete daily production work as planned.
- Maintain basic production records.
- Check machines regularly for proper functioning.
- Follow safety rules and company policies.
- Support supervisors in meeting production targets.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of press shop operations.
- Understanding of press tool assembly and disassembly.
- Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
- Basic troubleshooting skills are an advantage.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Shift Timing:
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, or
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 45 hours per week
- Overtime, evening, or weekend work may be required based on workload.
Important Notes
- This is a contract-based position.
- Employment, salary, PF, ESIC, and other statutory benefits will be managed by a third-party manpower agency.
- Contract renewal depends on performance and business requirements.
Work Environment
- Manufacturing/press shop environment.
- Work with mechanical and hydraulic press machines.
- Standing job with regular movement on the shop floor.
- Mandatory use of safety equipment (safety shoes, gloves, ear protection, etc.).
- Focus on productivity, quality, and safety.
Physical Requirements
- Basic physical fitness.
- Ability to handle tools, dies, and materials.
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
Travel
- Very limited travel.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required if needed.
Suitable for: ITI candidates or operators with 1–5 years of experience in press shop, machine operation, or manufacturing environments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
