We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex software development projects to join our team.
The role involves developing and delivering a project, encompassing all the project details to the team members, with little or minimum guidance by Senior Project Managers or Delivery Heads.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

Interacting with clients and gathering requirements

Developing and executing an efficient internal communication strategy for ensuring communication with all levels of management within the team.

Understanding the issues businesses face and creating robust, scalable, elegant, flexible, and relevant software solutions.

Putting in action your understanding of various software development approaches (traditional, agile, etc.) and consulting with clients on the best approaches applicable to their scenarios.

Enabling teams to explore, adopt, and optimize Agile-Lean processes, principles, and practices with Agile Delivery Methodology.

Architecting, designing, and delivering systems given the specifications and requirements.

Establishing best coding practices and providing technical recommendations on systems/tools.

Planning, organizing, and developing new ideas/features for the system.

Overall, 13-20 years of experience with excellent credentials in BI/DW and banking domain experience

A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, delivering medium to large engagements

Technical and domain background in BI, Data Warehousing, Cloud, and AWS.

Excellent knowledge of various delivery models with experience in onsite & offshore projects.

Substantial exposure in project management, like project planning, tracking, estimations, and budgeting.

Strong knowledge of stakeholders’ management.

A clear understanding of project life cycle management.

Experience in handling multiple projects.
-
Preferably have a valid B1 visa.
