Senior Associate, GTM Analytics
Position summary: As a Senior Associate in our GTM Analytics Team within the Connected Sales & Marketing function, you will be required to contribute to the development and delivery of analytics solutions that support our go-to-market strategy and business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights, helping drive performance and informed decision-making.
Duties and responsibilities:
. Maintain and enhance GTM Analytics solutions, ensuring robust functionality, optimized data structures, and effective reporting capabilities
. Design scalable data models that enable precise reporting and streamlined querying
. Demonstrated familiarity with preparing, structuring, and optimizing data for AI/ML use cases, reflecting the team’s priorities around enabling and scaling AI‑driven capabilities
. Develop user stories, process flows, and functional specifications to support development and implementation
. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and GTM leaders to understand decision-making needs and evolve tools accordingly in dynamic environments
. Integrate and automate data sources (CRM, Marketo, Adobe tech stack, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow
. Refine data queries and reporting processes to improve speed, accuracy, and usability
. Troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and performance bottlenecks
. Maintain documentation on data models, reports, and processes, train users on best practices
. Design and maintain apps and dashboards that provide leadership with a unified view of all sales and marketing activities
. Spark your own curiosity and explore data holistically across silos to provide recommendations to optimize performance
. Ensure data quality and integrity across GTM reporting systems
. Manage and coordinate analytics deliverables and timelines in collaboration with internal teams
. Translate business needs into analytics requirements and develop compelling dashboards and data narratives
. Collaborate with the Experience team to ensure analytics tools follow UI/UX best practices
. Drive continuous improvement by refining analytics methodologies, tools, and processes
. Participate in team knowledge sharing and support junior team members as needed
. Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion, identify specific business opportunities, influence collaborators to support business projects, assist with project management, coordinate with different departmental teams, test business processes, create reports, dashboards, and visualizations
. Conduct market analysis, perform SWOT analysis, collaborate with stakeholders, create detailed business analysis reports, identify areas for improvement, facilitate communication between IT and business teams, develop project plans and timelines, conduct cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment
. Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
. Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and requirements:
. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience with data analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics (preferably in professional services or B2B environments)
. Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
. Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or scripting tasks
. Familiarity with Fabric automation and data integration
. Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis
. Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques
. Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot)
. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholder
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
. Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams
