We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Architect Trainee to join our Architecture team immediately. This opportunity is ideal for B.Arch graduates and Diploma in Architecture holders who are passionate about architectural design, drafting, and 3D visualization. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings.
- Develop 2D and 3D models for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Assist in preparing concept designs, presentations, and design documentation.
- Modify and update drawings based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering teams.
- Support site visits, measurements, and preparation of as-built drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and standards.
- Maintain project documentation and drawing records.
Eligibility
- B.Arch or Diploma in Architecture.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience may also apply.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, 3ds Max, or other 3D modeling/rendering software.
- Good understanding of architectural drafting and building planning.
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and detailing.
- Familiarity with MS Office.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
