Key Responsibilities - Operate and monitor foil, slitter, and tissue converting machines - Maintain detailed logs of production output and downtime - Support preventive maintenance activities and troubleshoot mechanical issues - Assist in shift planning, material readiness, and workforce management - Submit daily production reports and root cause analyses (RCA) to the Production Head Required Skills & Experience - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering - Knowledge of machine setup procedures and basic maintenance - Experience with shift documentation and daily performance reporting - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory Employee Benefits - Provident Fund (PF) - Employee State Insurance (ESI) - Bonus Incentives - Paid Leaves - Group Medical Insurance Policy
