Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive who can drive student enrollments, manage the lead conversion process, and build partnerships with schools and preschools.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with parents, managing telecalling operations, conducting follow-ups, and generating new business opportunities through partnerships and outreach activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Admissions
- Convert inbound leads into trial classes and enrollments.
- Engage with parents to understand their requirements and explain academy programs.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Maintain accurate lead and enrollment records in CRM or tracking systems.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Telecalling Team Coordination
- Work closely with telecallers to ensure timely lead follow-up.
- Monitor lead response times and conversion metrics.
- Ensure demo classes are scheduled and attended.
- Track daily calling activities and improve conversion effectiveness.
Business Development
- Identify and approach schools, preschools, and educational institutions for gymnastics partnerships.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with school management.
- Develop proposals for after-school programs, gymnastics camps, and curriculum partnerships.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and drive partnership closures.
Community & Outreach Activities
- Organize events, workshops, demo sessions, and awareness programs.
- Participate in local community events to generate leads.
- Support marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track sales funnel performance and conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on admissions, partnerships, and revenue.
- Recommend improvements to increase enrollments and retention.
RequirementsEssential
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Admissions, Business Development, or Customer Success.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Experience handling inbound leads and customer conversions.
- Comfortable meeting schools, preschools, and institutional partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Preferred
- Experience in education, sports academies, edtech, fitness, kids' activities, or preschool industries.
- Existing network within schools or educational institutions.
- Experience managing telecalling teams or lead-generation processes.

- Monthly admissions and revenue targets.
- Lead-to-demo conversion rate.

- Pipeline generation and partnership revenue.
