JOB TITLE: Field Technician

EDUCATION:
- Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) – Mandatory
- B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering – Preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- 1–4 years of experience in field technical support, LED displays, digital signage, electronics, or related field preferred.
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a technically skilled and field-oriented Field Technician to handle the installation, takeover, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of LED screens and display systems across various outlets in Bangalore.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. New Installation
- Install LED screens/display systems at new outlets as per technical and operational requirements.
- Perform wiring, connectivity, mounting, configuration, and testing of screens and related equipment.
- Ensure proper functioning of screens after installation.
2. Screen Takeover
- Visit existing outlets and take over installed LED screens from existing teams/vendors.
- Inspect the physical and technical condition of screens and related equipment.
- Record screen details, accessories, connectivity, and site conditions accurately.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or missing equipment.
3. Repair & Maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair LED screens and associated electronic equipment.
- Identify hardware, power supply, connectivity, display, and network-related issues.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
- Coordinate for replacement of faulty components/equipment whenever necessary.
4. Field Operations
- Visit multiple outlets as per the daily/weekly plan shared by the Operations Manager.
- Complete assigned installation, takeover, repair, and maintenance activities within the given timelines.
- Share photographs, reports, and status updates after site visits.
- Coordinate closely with the Operations Manager regarding outlet locations, visit plans, installation schedules, and technical issues.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Good knowledge of electronics and electrical systems.
- Basic understanding of LED screens, displays, media players, cables, connectors, and networking.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore and nearby locations.
- Ability to work independently in field conditions.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE:
- Diploma in ECE is mandatory.
- B.Tech/B.E. in ECE will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in LED displays, digital signage, television/display installation, or field technical operations will have an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
