We are looking for a result-driven RSM / Area Manager to drive new business generation for our PTL (Part Truck Load) freight business across the assigned location(s). The role demands a strong hunter mindset, deep regional market knowledge, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team to deliver volume and revenue growth.
- Drive new client acquisition and business development for PTL services within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly volume, revenue, and margin targets for the region.
- Identify potential customer segments (manufacturing, FMCG, pharma, retail, e-commerce, etc.) and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute area-wise sales strategies in line with overall business objectives.
- Build, mentor, and manage a regional sales team (if applicable) to ensure consistent target achievement.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and pricing benchmarks.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with new and existing clients, ensuring profitability.
- Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and minimize churn.
- Prepare and present regular MIS, sales reports, and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure timely collections and receivables management for the assigned accounts.
- Represent the company at trade events, client meetings, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
