Job Description for Telephone Repairing Personnel:
1) Repairing of telephone line & problems.
2) Providing telephone line services from EPABX to user desk.
3) Shifting of telephone lines & instruments within factory/ plant.
4) Connection of new telephone line & instrument installation
5) Relocation of telephone lines/ instrument
6) Replacing new spares for telephone instruments/ line.
7) All tools and tackles shall be in the scope of the vendor.
8) All the PPE/ Safety kit shall be in the scope of the vendor.
9) Fault finding and repairing.
10) Total extensions to handle – 250
11) End to end solution maintenance services of 250 no.s telephone line from EPABX to end user
desk, repairing of telephone line and problems thereof, shifting of telephone lines and
instruments within the factory, connection of new telephone line and instrument installation,
relocation of telephone lines/ instruments. Coordination with the EPABX team for telephone
related works. Replacing new spares for telephone instruments/lines in the factory.
All the repairs / free replacement
(if needed) of parts arising out of normal usage, manufacturing defects, system malfunction
in the equipment / accessories supplied by us. This does not cover any damages / defects
which occur due to natural calamities / act of God like floods, lightning, earthquakes etc.
This maintenance contract also does not cover damages due to mishandling of the system,
water leakages, seepage, external forces like high voltage fluctuations in PSTN lines / power
lines etc.
Salary - 20-25 K net
