Job Summary
Healomex Biosciences is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and expand its Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) business. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing hospital accounts, supporting clinical adoption, and achieving sales targets for NPWT machines and consumables. The role requires regular interaction with surgeons, clinicians, hospital management, and purchase departments. The responsibilities below align with common NPWT medical-device sales practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Healomex NPWT systems and consumables to hospitals, wound care centers, nursing homes, and clinics.
- Meet Plastic Surgeons, General Surgeons, Orthopedic Surgeons, Vascular Surgeons, Diabetologists, and Wound Care Specialists to generate product adoption.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into active customer accounts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and therapy awareness programs.
- Coordinate with the Clinical Support Team for machine installations, dressing support, and user training.
- Build strong relationships with hospital purchase departments, biomedical engineers, and administrators.
- Ensure timely collection of purchase orders, payments, and required documentation.
- Follow up on rental machines, consumable usage, and repeat orders.
- Maintain accurate records of daily field visits, sales activities, and customer feedback through CRM or reporting systems.
- Participate in CMEs, workshops, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly sales target achievement.
- Number of new hospitals and doctors added.
- NPWT machine placements.
- Consumable sales growth.
- Customer retention and repeat business.
- Timely submission of reports and sales forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biomedical Engineering, or any Science discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Medical Device, Surgical, Wound Care, or Healthcare Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for healthcare sales may also be considered.

- Good planning, reporting, and time-management skills.
