Job Description
Kidzee Preschool is seeking passionate, dedicated Preschool Teachers to create a nurturing, stimulating learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about early childhood education and committed to supporting children's holistic development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or a related field preferred.
- Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Montessori education is an advantage.
- Valid teaching certification from a recognized institution is desirable.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Experience
- Prior experience working with preschool or daycare children is highly preferred.
- Experience in implementing developmentally appropriate teaching methods and activities.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- Ability to plan engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, and nurturing attitude toward children.
- Creative and adaptable in managing classroom activities.
Professional Expectations
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and professional development activities.
- Stay updated with current trends in early childhood education.
