ID Exports is looking for a Head of Garments Department to lead our apparel division. You will oversee the entire lifecycle, from design and sampling to final production, ensuring our garments meet the premium, minimalist, and sustainable standards of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Manage and mentor the design, sampling, and production teams.
- Production: Oversee end-to-end manufacturing, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency.
- Quality Control: Implement strict QC protocols to meet international export standards.
- Sourcing: Manage vendor relationships with a focus on sustainable, high-end fabrics.
- Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to align garment collections with our luxury brand identity.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years in garment export/manufacturing; 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of garment construction, T&A management, and production planning.
- Aesthetic: Strong eye for minimalist design and premium "aesthetic" finishes.
- Location: Must be able to work on-site in Noida, Sector 6.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
