Role Description: The Client Relationship Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves guiding prospective international students through the inquiry and application process, including explaining available programs, admission requirements, timelines, and next steps. The associate will handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, schedule consultations, and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, following up with applicants on missing documents, and ensuring a smooth experience from initial contact to enrollment. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of partner institutions, participating in student events or information sessions, and providing professional, empathetic support to students and their families.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build trust with diverse student populations.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship management skills, with experience in handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing consistent follow-up.
- Candidates should possess organisational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, time management, and proficiency with CRM or student management systems.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and advisory skills, with the ability to understand student needs, explain complex processes simply, and suggest suitable educational options.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including comfort with email, spreadsheets, online forms, and virtual meeting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, prior experience in education services, counselling, or client-facing roles is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate within a team environment, and adapt to evolving processes and institutional requirements.
