Real Estate Sales Executive – Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales confidence, and the ability to build relationships with clients and close deals successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and handle property sales leads
- Contact potential buyers and investors through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct property presentations and site visits
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain updated records of leads, clients, and sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and transaction processing
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude
- Basic knowledge of real estate market trends
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
- Valid driving license is preferred
