About the Role
We are hiring experienced Travel Consultants for our Australian air ticketing sales process. The role involves handling international flight bookings, assisting clients with travel solutions, and converting enquiries into confirmed sales while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international flight booking enquiries (Australia-based clients)
- Provide accurate fare quotations and travel solutions
- Book and manage flight reservations using Amadeus GDS
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain client relationships
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in air ticketing (GDS-based)
- Strong knowledge of Amadeus (mandatory)
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi & Punjabi preferred)
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to achieve targets
- Comfortable working early morning shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits
- ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (in-hand)
- Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹25,000 (performance-based)
