Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Associate to manage student counseling, schedule course demo sessions, and drive admissions for academic and professional training programs. Candidates available to work in a hybrid structure in Noida are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound parent leads to qualify and schedule live online demo sessions for Mental Maths, Coding, and Olympiad courses.
- Conduct 20–30 minute online counseling sessions to guide prospective candidates through certified Teacher Training programs.
- Maintain timely lead follow-ups via chat, phone, and CRM tracking.
- Coordinate student batches and assist with educational outreach initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong spoken Hindi and English communication skills.
- Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, or educational counseling preferred (driven freshers welcome).
- Availability for on-site work / office visits in Noida.
- Personal laptop and stable internet connectivity.
