The Sales Team Leader in the automobile sector is responsible for leading and managing the vehicle sales team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and increase dealership profitability. The role includes monitoring sales performance, guiding sales executives, handling customer relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and yearly vehicle sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and showroom performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Ensure proper follow-up of customer enquiries and leads.
- Increase market share and dealership revenue.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and motivate sales executives.
- Assign sales targets and monitor individual performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Train team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Build a positive and target-oriented work environment.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Guide customers through vehicle selection, finance, and delivery process.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Organize promotional activities, campaigns, and customer events.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and marketing departments.
- Support exchange and corporate sales activities.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain records of enquiries, bookings, deliveries, and conversions.
- Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.
- Ensure showroom standards and documentation compliance.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
