- Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the tele sales executive skills such as listening, empathy and problem-solving
- Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support as a tele team
- Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
