We're Hiring – SEO Manager
We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager who has strong SEO knowledge, hands-on expertise, and the ability to lead and manage a team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5–6 years of experience in SEO and must have worked in a Digital Marketing Agency
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Ability to create and execute SEO strategies independently
- Experience in keyword research, content planning, and competitor analysis
- Strong understanding of backlink building and outreach activities
- Ability to monitor rankings, traffic, and overall SEO performance
- Experience in managing and guiding an SEO team
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Must be updated with Google algorithm changes and industry trends
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
Team Handling Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the SEO team.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.
- Review work completed by SEO Executives and Junior SEO staff.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Ensure project deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with management regarding team productivity and project status.
