Job Summary:
Stylam Industries Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to handle electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation work in the manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of electrical systems and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, and control systems
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, drives, PLC panels, and equipment
- Ensure proper functioning of transformers, switchgear, and generators
- Monitor power consumption and maintain electrical logs
- Follow safety standards and electrical compliance norms
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to reduce downtime
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrician Trade
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing industry (Laminate/Plant experience preferred)
- Good knowledge of electrical panels, motors, VFDs, and PLC systems
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Understanding of industrial safety standards
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
