Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager – HR to manage end-to-end HR Generalist and Core HR functions for our organization. The candidate should possess strong expertise in HR operations, labor laws, HR policies, HR administration, and employee management, preferably within the Real Estate industry.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in real estate recruitment, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and HR process management.
Key ResponsibilitiesCore HR & HR Operations
- Handle complete employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave management, and HR MIS reports.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee data management.
HR Generalist Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, especially for Real Estate and Construction-related positions.
- Source, screen, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and HR support activities.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
- Support training and development activities.
HR Administration
- Oversee HR administrative activities and employee support functions.
- Manage office administration coordination related to HR operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of employee documentation and compliance records.
Labour Law & Compliance
- Strong knowledge and practical exposure to revised Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, HR regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate statutory documentation, audits, and compliance reporting.
- Liaise with consultants and external agencies for compliance-related activities.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Core HR, HR Generalist, and HR Administration functions.
- In-depth understanding of revised Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in drafting and implementing HR policies.
- Hands-on experience in Real Estate recruitment and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee management skills.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
Educational Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Additional certifications in Labour Laws or HR Compliance will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 8–10 years of relevant HR experience.
- Prior experience in Real Estate / Construction industry is mandatory/preferred.
- Ability to independently handle HR operations and compliance activities.
- Experience in bulk hiring and recruitment coordination for real estate projects.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
