Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com /Any Graduate qualification is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of export-import documentation.
- Ability to prepare, maintain, and manage documentation accurately.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop in the export domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of export-import documentation.
- Support the export team in processing shipment-related documents.
- Prepare reports and maintain records using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal departments for documentation requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of export-import related records.
- Assist in day-to-day export operations and administrative activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates residing in Bhilad, Vapi, or Sarigam will be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of commercial and export-import documentation.
- Comfortable working with Excel and handling data-related tasks.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
