Role: Associate / Senior Associate / Associate Manager
Location: Bangalore
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: Fresher to 4 years
Role & ResponsibilitiesEntity Structuring & Advisory
- Advisory on structuring and setting up of entities in India and overseas
- Entity restructuring based on promoter requirements
- Restructuring of family group businesses
- Advisory and setup of family trusts
Research & Compliance
- Regulatory research and opinion assignments
- Price discovery and statute-based valuation assignments
Transactions & M&A Support
- Due diligence for M&A and fund-raise transactions
- Transaction support services for M&A and fund-raise events
Tax Structuring
- Advising on tax-efficient structures for various transactions, including:
- Share transfers
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Sale of immovable properties
- Joint development agreements
- Exit of promoters / investors
- Closure of companies
Candidate Profile
- CAs from consulting divisions of other firms looking for growth opportunities are preferred
- Service-oriented, go-getter mindset with a solution-seeking approach
Statutory Knowledge Required
- Income Tax laws
- Companies Act
- Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA)
- Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- Labour Laws
- General knowledge of other applicable business laws
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
