Position: Online K-12 Tutor (Maths / English / Science / Coding)

Working Time Days:
- 4:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. (IST)
- 6 Days Working (Mon to Sat)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with US-based students via online platforms.
- Teach subjects aligned with the US Common Core Curriculum.
- Provide clear explanations of concepts and effective problem-solving strategies.
- Customize lesson plans according to individual student learning needs.
- Assist students in developing critical thinking, analytical, and application-based learning skills.
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences using digital teaching tools.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain a positive, supportive, and motivating learning environment.
- Stay updated with Common Core standards and best teaching practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject (Mathematics, English, Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field).
- Minimum 2–6 years of teaching/tutoring experience (online tutoring preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the US Common Core Curriculum.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on different learning styles.
- Strong subject expertise and classroom management skills.
Technical Requirements:
- Laptop/Desktop with Intel i5/i7 processor or equivalent.
- Functional webcam and microphone/headset.
- Stable high-speed internet connection.
- Power backup for uninterrupted classes.
