We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Counsellor to join our Vijayawada branch. The Counsellor will be responsible for consulting clients, understanding their beauty and skincare needs, recommending appropriate treatments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist clients professionally, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
2. Conduct consultations to understand client concerns and recommend suitable treatments or packages.
3. Clearly explain treatment details, benefits, pricing, and aftercare instructions.
4. Convert client inquiries and walk-ins into confirmed appointments or packages.
5. Maintain accurate client records and follow up for retention and repeat visits.
6. Work closely with doctors, therapists, and front office teams for smooth coordination.
7. Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets.
8. Handle client feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
