Job Description: Night Supervisor
Department: Administration / Security / Factory Operations
Location: Kasba, Kolkata
Reporting To: Admin Head
Duty Timing: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary:
The Night Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and supervising factory activities during night shift operations across 5 factory locations situated within approximately 100–300 metres distance. The role includes regular factory rounds, monitoring discipline, checking unnecessary electricity usage, coordinating with security personnel and departmental in-charges, and ensuring proper compliance with company rules and factory safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit all factory locations regularly during the night shift.
- Ensure unnecessary lights, fans, machines, or electrical equipment are switched off when not required.
- Coordinate with security guards and departmental in-charges regarding factory discipline and safety.
- Monitor whether any worker is:
- Sleeping during duty hours
- Smoking inside factory premises
- Carrying or consuming hard drinks/alcohol within the factory
- Involved in unusual gathering without work purpose
- Ensure no child labour is engaged in any factory operation.
- Report any suspicious, unusual, or unauthorized activity immediately to management.
- Maintain proper night shift monitoring records and incident reports.
- Ensure factory premises remain disciplined, safe, and properly monitored throughout the shift.
Educational Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience Required:
- Experience in factory supervision, security, or administration preferred.
- Freshers with responsible and disciplined attitude may also apply.
