The Collection Executive is responsible for collecting savings deposits, recurring deposits (RD), and other payments from members as per the organization's policies. The role includes regular field visits to meet members, ensuring timely collections, issuing receipts, maintaining accurate collection records, and depositing collected amounts safely. The Collection Executive should build good relationships with members, remind them about due payments, resolve basic collection-related queries, and support the branch in achieving collection targets. On occasions of staff shortage or business requirements, the employee may also assist with other branch operations and field activities as assigned by the Branch Head.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
