Job Summary
SRG Power Control System is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Electrical Production Trainees to join our Electrical Panel Manufacturing Division. The trainee will undergo hands-on training in panel assembly, wiring, testing, quality control, and production processes related to LT Electrical Control Panels and Automation Panels.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh Diploma and Engineering graduates to build a career in the Electrical Panel Board industry.
Key Responsibilities Production Activities
- Assist in the assembly and wiring of electrical control panels.
- Support manufacturing of PCC, MCC, APFC, PLC, VFD, and Automation Panels.
- Read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Assist in panel component mounting and busbar installation.
- Support cable routing, ferruling, crimping, and termination activities.
- Assist in panel inspection and quality checks.
Testing & Quality
- Participate in continuity and functional testing of panels.
- Support troubleshooting and rectification of wiring issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Maintain production records and checklists.
Production Support
- Coordinate with production engineers and supervisors.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety.
- Learn manufacturing best practices and industry standards.
Qualification
- Diploma (EEE / E&I / ECE / Electrical Engineering)
- B.E. / B.Tech (EEE, E&I, ECE)
- Freshers are encouraged to apply

- 0–1 Year
- Freshers Preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
