Job Summary
Blacksmith Woven Conversion is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, generating sales, coordinating order execution, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates must have hands-on experience with ERP software and a strong understanding of sales processes, customer management, and business development activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and client visits.
- Generate and qualify leads to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial agreements with customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, quotations, orders, and after-sales support.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely solutions.
- Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations for business improvement.
ERP & Sales Administration
- Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, invoices, and customer records using ERP software.
- Update customer information, order status, and sales activities accurately in the ERP system.
- Generate sales reports, order tracking reports, and performance analysis reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance for all sales transactions.
Coordination & Order Management
- Coordinate with production, planning, dispatch, and accounts departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates to customers.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and dispatch schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Analyze sales performance data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
- Support management with market intelligence and business forecasting.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, packaging, woven products, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
