Store Manager

Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or related field
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage complete stores and warehouse operations, inventory control, engineering spares, ERP transactions, and material coordination to ensure smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, storage, issue, and movement of RM, PM, engineering spares, consumables, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper binning, labelling, FIFO/FEFO, 5S, and warehouse housekeeping.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure timely ERP entries for GRN, MRS, MRN, transfers, returns, and scrap.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and critical engineering spares.
- Conduct stock verification, reconciliation, and inventory ageing reviews.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, QA, Dispatch, and Finance.
- Supervise store personnel and contract manpower.
- Handle internal/external audits and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
- Drive inventory optimization, cost reduction, and warehouse process improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of stores, warehouse, and inventory management.
- ERP knowledge and good understanding of material transactions.
- Experience in engineering spares management.
- Strong team handling, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Daman, Daman and Diu (Daman): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
